During my Account Executive Internship at Ogilvy, I optimized and managed digital content for Volkswagen’s website and apps, driving sales conversions through data-driven strategies and campaigns. I also delivered valuable insights that informed future integrated marketing strategies, helping to enhance brand exposure and foster customer loyalty.
At ByteDance, as a global project management intern, I worked on the launch and growth of Lemon8, a new lifestyle app. I conducted customer analysis and data analysis from 2000+ users and provided recommendations for optimizing product features. My efforts contributed to driving the app to the top 10 in downloads, significantly enhancing its user engagement and market presence.
As a Growth Marketing Intern at MiraclePlus (Y Combinator China), I reached out over 200 North American startup founders, securing 80+ meetings and increasing funding applications by 50%. Additionally, I analyzed emerging trends like AIGC and digital platforms, providing actionable insights that optimized investor decision-making and improved the company’s deal sourcing strategies.
I’ll be graduating in 2025 with a business degree from the University of Toronto’s Rotman Commerce Program. I’m passionate about identifying customer needs and insights from interacting, data to craft solutions and strategies and lead initiatives to help businesses solve questions. I have a strong background in marketing analytics, create compelling marketing campaigns and solutions for businesses to meet objectives, combined with my data understanding. I’m especially skilled in problem-solving by building empathy to understand people’s pain points.
For my future career, I haven’t put a “title” on my career path or first job title because I believe I care more about the job description itself, I believe there’s so much more to learn from the job allow me do, solve, and the impact I can create.
In my part-time work, after connecting with over 50 AI tech founders struggling with gaps in marketing and business strategy, I helped more than 20 startups and local businesses to consult their businesses for growth. Together, we’ve clarified their market positioning, and pitch deck, refined their messaging, and designed actionable user growth strategies that deliver measurable growth.
I love creating blogs and vlogs to document my university life, study tips, inspirations, and internship advice. At school, I tutored over 30 students at Rotman Commerce and hosted various panel talks and conferences, where I discovered the value of sharing and mutual growth.

As for my interests, like this blog, I love documenting my life, creating content, and being a lifelong explorer and learner. Without exploration, it’s hard to understand the world through your own definition and truly understand yourself. Without reflection, you can’t clearly see what you’ve achieved so far or where you’re headed next.
My curiosity drives me to explore and stay excited about what’s next. I constantly seek new ways to discover opportunities for myself and for the world. I believe there’s a lesson in everything I do—from school to work, and in every conversation I have.
Creativity is about brainstorming countless ideas at night and figuring them out the next day. I love stepping outside the box, embracing new ideas, and learning from different people. Some ideas may seem wrong at the moment, but who knows—they might be right tomorrow. Creativity challenges us to question our current beliefs and reminds us never to jump to conclusions, because there is so much we don’t know, and the world is much bigger than us.
Authenticity is about staying true and sincere with others, always keeping the mission to help others at the forefront. Business empathy is crucial for any successful venture. Whether it’s launching a new project or starting a business, focus on being problem-driven first, and the results will eventually follow.
“Asking Questions!” The best way to avoid settling for comfort is by becoming self-aware of what you don’t know and strategically seeking answers.
I’m someone who constantly asks questions: Why do people act the way they do? Why are some people more productive than others? Why do some business models succeed while others fail? Why do we feel compelled to follow a certain path? Why is product design the way it is? And, why are you reading this right now?
Even when facing challenges and setbacks, I’ve learned to not define them as obstacles, but as opportunities to grow and learn. Whether something is perceived as failure or success, a challenge or an opportunity, depends entirely on how we choose to see it and what we wish it to be.
